Using TRPGS for Social Emotional Learning: Session 1

  • Roll Play and Grow 221 West Main Street Medford, OR, 97501 United States (map)

Using Tabletop Roleplaying Games for Social-Emotional Learning is an interactive training designed for therapists, educators, and counselors who want to harness the power of storytelling and gameplay to build social-emotional skills. This 8-hour program, taught in two 4-hour sessions over two weekends, explores how tabletop roleplaying games, specifically Legends of Lorem, can support self-awareness, self-management, social skills, and decision-making in therapeutic and educational settings.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in game facilitation, group management, and story creation while learning best practices for player engagement and safety. Whether you're new to TRPGs or an experienced storyteller, this training provides practical tools to enhance learning, foster connection, and promote emotional growth in your practice.
